Bill Whalen came to Brad Cole Construction with over 38 years of experience in the construction industry, serving multiple industries. Throughout his career, Bill has held various positions from Survey Crew to Senior Vice President overseeing complex projects.  He brings a strong Project Management skill set to the Brad Cole Construction Company and leads our Project teams in delivering safe, quality-built projects to our customers.
