Scope of Work:

Brad Cole Construction was responsible for the layout, clearing, grubbing & burning on the 57.5 acre site. Erosion control measures were in place during construction. All earthwork, mass & trench rock was performed by BCC. Brad Cole Construction also installed all storm drain and utilities.
